Michael H. Jordan, the former chairman and chief
executive of CBS, is getting the entrepreneurial bug at age 63. Jordan last week was named chairman of a start-up called eOriginal(http://www.eoriginal.com), which will help create and deliver legal
contracts on the web. eOriginal has yet to launch a product, but it has developed a patented technology to securely create and encrypt electronic legal documents, such as mortgages and car leases, which can
